  16. I got dvipsk 5.58e, xdvik 18e and tried to compile them. I got error message 
  17. said (in ./kpathsea)
  18. "Make: Don't know how to make library" 
  19. I did not have this problem in the previous versions. What have to be changed? I 
  20. have a DEC Alpha running OSF/1 3.0.   Thanks!
